Manmohini Tiwari was introduced to meditation at the age of seven. From an early age, mindfulness and breath awareness naturally became part of her everyday life, shaping the way she approached both calm and challenging moments. As Manmohini grew older, friends often asked how she managed to stay calm before exams or during stressful situations. At the time, she didn’t fully realise it, but meditation had quietly given her the tools to remain grounded, centred, and present. When greater life challenges arose, the true value of these practices became clear. Meditation, conscious breathing, and the practice of kindness helped Manmohini navigate anxiety and stress—experiences that many people face in today’s fast-paced world.

Inspired by her own journey, and encouraged by requests from others, Manmohini created a free, online Youth Meditation Community. This space is welcoming and judgement-free, offering young people from around the world an opportunity to reconnect with themselves, find inner calm, and build emotional resilience. From time to time, she also invites guest speakers and experts from different fields to share their insights and offer special sessions.

Manmohini also offers a free course for young adults who wish to learn to meditate.
