            This course is suitable for anyone interested in learning practical, time-tested breathing techniques that support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. No prior experience is required, and the practices are accessible to people of all levels of physical ability.
            No. This course is designed for beginners as well as those with existing experience. All practices are taught step by step, with clear guidance and options to suit individual needs.
            You will learn powerful breathing (Pranayama) techniques that help cultivate balance, vitality, clarity, calm, and resilience. The course explores the anatomy and physiology of breathing, breath regulation, and the integration of breath with practices such as Bandha, Mudra, and Mantra to support daily life and meditation.
            The course consists of five live 90-minute workshops delivered online via Zoom. Sessions are interactive and include guided practices and teaching.
            Yes. All sessions will be recorded, and links to the recordings will be emailed to all participants. This allows you to revisit the material or catch up if you are unable to attend a live session.
            The course runs over five consecutive Wednesdays on the following dates: Session 1: March 11 Session 2: March 18 Session 3: March 25 Session 4: April 1 Session 5: April 8
            Live sessions are held every Wednesday and run for 90 minutes.             Session 1 – Foundations of the Breath: Anatomy and physiology of breathing, freeing the breath, releasing energetic blockages, and understanding correct versus incorrect breathing. Session 2 – Pranayama for Balance & Vitality: Breath regulation techniques to support balance, emotional well-being, improved health, and vitality. Session 3 – Clarity & Calm in Daily Life: Using Pranayama to calm and uplift the mind, enhancing focus and clarity in work, family life, and study. Session 4 – Stability in All Circumstances: Developing resilience and centredness through Pranayama, Bandha (body seals), and Mudra (gestures). Session 5 – Preparing the Mind: Combining Pranayama and Mantra to interiorise the mind and prepare for mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection.
