Nayaswami Bhajana McDow has over 20 years experience teaching classes and seminars, creating and facilitating teacher trainings and guiding retreats and pilgrimages. She regularly tours throughout Italy, India, Austria (her country of origin), the UAE, and the United States. She is a lively and engaging presenter.
Bhajana is passionate about providing students with accessible experiences, especially when it comes to the breath. She teaches a wide variety of spiritual topics, including energy systems like the chakras, Vedic Mantras, Advanced Pranayama, and Indian Philosophy. In the US, Bhajana created the curriculum for a Level 2, 300-hour Yoga Alliance program. At the Ananda Assisi community in Italy, she teaches Level 2 teacher training for the Ananda Yoga Academy in Restorative Yoga and Ananda Chair Yoga. Breathe Your Way to Balance is the first time Nayaswami Bhajana has become available in Australasia.
