Introduction

Do you have the skills you need to respond, rather than react to change?

Change in life is accelerating at an unprecedented rate in human history. The impacts of this change are felt by organisations and people in professional and personal settings. Often people are left feeling like they are grasping towards managing and surviving change.

The Lumina Change Compass (LUCCY) offers a structured yet dynamic approach to engaging with the experience of change, making choices, and taking action in the face of change.

The Lumina Change Compass (LUCCY) Foundation Level courses teach people the 32 life skills that promote active participation in change so that change can become a catalyst for thriving instead of just surviving.
