1.01 Foundation Course One – Introduction

The Lumina Change Compass (LUCCY) Foundation courses introduce a comprehensive framework for navigating change, complexity, and everyday life with greater clarity and agency. The LUCCY offers a structured yet dynamic approach to understanding how we engage with experience, make choices, and take action over time. Participants are introduced to the LUCCY as a whole system, learning how its foundational life skills work together to support resilience, adaptability, and meaningful change. This course provides the conceptual orientation for all subsequent Foundation courses.
