101: Introduction to the Lumina Change Compass

This course provides the student with a comprehensive Introduction to the Lumina Change Compass (LUCCY). The course provides the conceptual orientation necessary for all subsequent Foundation Level courses. It is the best starting point for learning the whole system. The LUCCY offers a structured yet dynamic approach to understanding how we engage with experience, make choices, and take action over time. Participants are introduced to the LUCCY as a whole system, learning how its foundational life skills work together to support resilience, adaptability, and meaningful change.
